Kristen is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and just wrapped up her first year at the School of Applied Functional Medicine of the two year program.
Outside of official credentials Kristen has been attending workshops, conferences and has a functional medicine doctor she works with herself where she has been able to use her own body as an experiment to realign and unburden her body. She’s so excited to pass what she has learned to empower you to do the same.

There’s a lot of info out there. You can read blogs, listen to podcasts and get lost in it all and not know where to start. Think of DYL as a sort of filter through all the info bringing you easy to digest learning content that leaves you empowered. We also have weekly ‘additional deep dive’ recommendations on the subjects we cover should you be curious to go deeper into a subject from experts in their respective fields from energy healers to functional nutritionists and therapists.

Glad you asked! It’s not actually a diet of any sort but rather learning how to live a non-toxic life and unburden your body. We dive into far more than physical aspects of detoxing your life.
We covered everything from food to gut health, mindfulness, stress and emotional triggers, getting clear on why you’re aiming to make these changes in the first place so that when you set your goals you can actually have success at achieving them. All in a digestible way for you to take in what you want to use in your life and what will work for you as a unique person.

The program is less than a cup of coffee a day. Which you’ll likely start drinking less of after this program from what you’ll learn. We’re constantly updating the program with new content so the price will likely go up in future programs.
This investment will save you money (and very likely Dr’s visits) in the long run from what you learn. What you can’t afford? To do is continue living the way you have. It’s clearly not working for you.

You’ll be supported by your fellow community members. In one of our sessions we actually work on getting to the root of why we don’t succeed at the things we are trying to achieve. We believe that when you know better you do better and we think that if you have an open mind to work on getting to the root of why you may be sabotaging your success, you can make real progress.

We have biweekly sessions that are 50 minutes long. Beyond that, committing an hour a week to create new habits. So just a few hours a week!

You get out what you put in and take action on. While learning is fun, this program is for action takers who are ready to make real change in their life. You put in the commitment to do the work, you’ll see success.

We have bi-weekly coaching calls live on zoom. Once everyone has signed up we send out a survey to determine the best time for everyone. Depending on questions that come up we can have more or less group discussion based upon the group -- one of the benefits of having a small group! Each session will be focused around a specific topic with action taking opps to work on over the following two weeks. You'll also get coaching from Kristen, founder at Mapped Wellness

Right now calls are tentatively set to Mondays at 6:30pm EST but we do a post group signup survey to see if there is an even better time that could work for them on Mondays or Tuesdays. Even if you miss a call, no sweat. All zoom calls are recorded and sent out.

When you attend the live calls you get to know your fellow community members. You can also ask questions live and get IRL coaching. If you have a specific question outside of the calls or before or after the call, we have a slack group where we can communicate where you can get your questions answered. We’re always there for you throughout the program.
During each call there will be time for engaged discussion in a small group.

We don’t give out specific nutrition plans but we do offer tons of insight into whole clean foods, book and recipe recommendations for anti inflammatory eating. You choose what you like to move forward with

Yes! We have a whole session on hormones. But hormones aren’t the only thing that could be causing your painful periods. The whole program is designed as a rebalancing of the body. Because the body is one unique and beautiful system.

Our skin is a direct reflection of our gut and gut health is an essential part of this program. So yes!

We put a lot of time and energy into the Detox Your Life program. As a filmmaker, Kristen runs her creative agency Border Free Media too so she has limited space to coach life changing programs a few times a year. If you’re thinking about making this leap, now is a great time to do it!

Kristen created DYL from using everything in the program herself to get back to a path of wellness. She wanted to have a way to help the many others out there who have been stuck, sick, tired and not able to live up to their full potential because of it.
